Site Assessment

We inspect your property, check drainage patterns, and measure the area. Poor drainage causes long-term damage, so we get this right from the start.

Demolition & Prep

We remove old asphalt or concrete using heavy equipment. The site is graded and sloped to direct water away from the pavement surface.

Sub-Base Build

We lay and compact aggregate to create a frost barrier. A strong foundation prevents buckling, cracking, and potholes for years to come.

Proof Roll Test

We drive a loaded truck across the sub-base inch-by-inch to find weak spots. Any soft areas are undercut and rebuilt before paving starts.

Binder & Surface

Hot asphalt is applied in two layers—binder first for strength, then the final surface course for smoothness and durability.

Final Roll & Joint

A heavy roller compacts the surface and eliminates air pockets. Butt joints smooth transitions between new and existing pavement.

Most asphalt damage starts from below. Water seeps under poorly compacted bases and erodes the foundation. That's why we test every sub-base with a proof roll before we place one gallon of hot asphalt.

Installation time varies by project scope. Small residential driveways finish in 3–5 days. Mid-size commercial lots take 1–2 weeks. Larger industrial pads may require 3–4 weeks depending on weather and site conditions.
